The project that inspired Range & Rural.

Originally built more than 65 years ago, The Range House was thoughtfully reimagined to honour its heritage while introducing timeless updates for modern living. Every element was carefully considered—from restoring the original hardwood floors and preserving existing architectural features to creating bespoke joinery, luxurious bathrooms and a beautifully crafted kitchen centred around the restored copper rangehood.

Balancing heritage with contemporary functionality, the renovation enhanced the home's value without compromising its character. More than a renovation, The Range House became the foundation of the Range & Rural philosophy: thoughtful design that respects the past while creating spaces made to be lived in for years to come.
